KYC Policy


Our KYC (Know Your Customer) policy ensures a secure and reliable platform at Hattrick Games. Users who exceed an aggregate lifetime total of EUR 2000 in deposits or request a withdrawal must undergo a full KYC process. During this process, users are required to submit the following:


Government Issued Photo ID: Users must provide a copy of their ID, including the front and back in some cases.

Selfie with ID: A selfie holding the ID document is necessary to verify identity.

Proof of Residence: Users must submit a bank statement or utility bill as proof of residence.

Upon document submission, users receive a “Temporarily Approved” status while our KYC team reviews the information within 24 hours. The outcomes may include:


Approval: Users with approved KYC status can use the platform normally.

Rejection: If the submitted documents are inadequate, users will be informed of the rejection reasons.

More Information Needed: Additional details or documents may be requested without changing the user’s status.

Guidelines for the KYC process include verifying the ID’s signature, ensuring the user is not from restricted countries, matching names on documents, and meeting age requirements. The provided selfie must match the ID document.


Users who haven’t completed the full KYC process cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals. Successful KYC users have a maximum deposit limit per transaction (EUR 2,000) and undergo thorough activity and balance checks before any withdrawal. Direct fund transfers between users are strictly prohibited.
